Hi, I'm Ashley!
I'm a licensed speech-language pathologist with experience treating children with a variety of communication needs, including language delays, articulation disorders, and AAC support. I’m passionate about helping individuals find their voice and reach their full communication potential through personalized, evidence-based therapy.

I really enjoy getting to know the kids and their families — building those relationships makes the work so much more meaningful. It’s amazing to see their progress and be a part of their growth every step of the way!
Why I’m passionate about in-home care:
I’m excited about in-home therapy because it lets me see kids in their natural environment — where they’re most comfortable. It’s great to be able to bring therapy to them and make it a part of their everyday routines in a way that really fits their world.
What does a Speech Therapist Do?
Speech-language pathologists (also known as speech therapists or SLPs) help kids communicate—whether they’re late to talk, hard to understand, or struggling to express themselves. They also support kids with feeding, swallowing, and social interaction. SLPs focus on:
• Speech sounds – helping kids say words clearly so others can understand them
• Language development – building vocabulary, following directions, and expressing ideas
• Social skills – learning how to have conversations, ask questions, advocate for their needs, and take turns
• Stuttering – supporting smoother, more confident speech
• Feeding and swallowing – helping with picky eating, chewing, swallowing challenges, and texture sensitivities
Speech therapy gives kids the tools to express themselves and connect with the people around them—at home, in school, and in the world.

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every session is personalized to the child’s interests and needs, using play and real-life routines to keep things fun and meaningful.

I love working closely with families and caregivers — you’re a huge part of your child’s progress. I make sure to include you in the process, share tips, and answer questions so therapy continues even outside our sessions.
