Hi, I’m Cassie Giuliani
I'm a pediatric Physical Therapist with 10 years of experience and a mom of two young children. I’ve spent my career in hospital settings in Massachusetts and Connecticut, caring for children with a wide range of needs, from premature infants in the NICU to children with complex medical conditions. I’m excited to provide in-home therapy through Coral Care, partnering with families to help children of all ages build strength, confidence, and independence in their everyday environments.

What does a Physical Therapist Do?
Developmental physical therapists support children in building movement and motor skills—so they can grow, explore, and move with confidence. If your child struggles with things like walking, climbing stairs, balance, or coordinating movements, a pediatric PT can help.
Pediatric PTs focus on:

My hospital-based experience has allowed me to work with children across a wide range of diagnoses, levels of impairment, and ages—from newborns to young adults—giving me a well-rounded perspective on pediatric care.
Specialized NICU Experience
I spend much of my time working in the Neonatal ICU, where I have developed specialized expertise in supporting infants born prematurely and addressing their unique developmental needs.
Parent Perspective & Compassionate Care
As a mom of two young children, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. Parenthood has strengthened my ability to support children and collaborate with caregivers in a compassionate, family-centered way.
