What Shelly does

  • Asks what you're noticing about your child
  • Captures your state, insurance, and scheduling basics
  • Explains how out-of-network reimbursement and self-pay work at Coral Care
  • Flags anything urgent so a real person reaches out sooner

What Shelly doesn't do

  • Diagnose or suggest a diagnosis
  • Give medical or clinical advice
  • Choose your therapist
  • Answer questions that belong with a clinician
