Our billing team runs an eligibility check before your first appointment using your insurance card details. We'll confirm your copay and deductible status and email you before you owe anything.
What if my plan has a deductible?+
We'll tell you upfront if your plan applies a deductible before coverage begins. You'll always know your out-of-pocket cost before sessions start — never retroactively.
Can I use my FSA or HSA?+
Yes — all Coral Care services (evaluations, speech therapy, OT, PT) are FSA and HSA eligible. Use your card at checkout or request an itemized receipt for reimbursement.
What is a superbill?+
A superbill is a detailed receipt with diagnostic codes your insurer needs to reimburse you for out-of-network care. If your insurer isn't in our network, we generate and email a superbill monthly.
