Texas's Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program provides services for children under age 3 with developmental delays or disabilities. It ends at age 3. Coral Care also works alongside ECI for families who want to supplement or accelerate care before age 3.

Starting July 1, 2026, Texas families can use TEFA funds to pay for in-home speech, OT, and PT with $0 out-of-pocket for covered sessions. Children with a qualifying IEP on file with TEA may qualify for up to $30,000; families without an IEP qualify for the standard tier of $10,474.
